Dr. Mark Armbruster is a third‑generation chiropractor with over 35 years of clinical experience specializing in nervous system reorganization, regenerative shockwave therapy, and complex chronic pain. He is widely recognized for his ability to identify and resolve spinal and nervous system patterns that other approaches miss, particularly in patients who have tried “everything” without lasting results.

Known for “seeing what others miss,” Dr. Mark’s ability to read the spine, sense stored trauma, and guide the body into release comes from decades of mastery, global experience, and a natural gift for working with energy and the nervous system. Adrienne is the creative heartbeat of Denver Vitality Center. A former professional ballerina and business sales executive, she brings both artistry and strategy to her work. Alongside Dr. Mark’s chiropractic and advanced therapies, she nurtures the emotional and energetic sides of healing, curates community experiences, and guides intuitive readings that help people feel seen, supported, and inspired.

A certified Reiki Master and Animal Reiki practitioner, she is currently expanding her expertise through Quantum Key Reiki training. From sound baths to mindful movement classes, Adrienne ensures every experience leaves members feeling lighter, more vibrant, and more connected to themselves and each other.

Rumi is our CFO (Chief Fun Officer!) and the fluffiest member of the Denver Vitality Center family.
